I absolutely recommend this office! My 7 month old daughter needing hearing aids and they’ve been nothing but great the entire process. The office is very laid back, which has been a great environment for my daughter to be comfortable as she gets molds of her ears and her aids adjusted. The staff is very welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter is taken care of and that all other doctors I need to work with are in the loop. 10/10

Tanya has been taking care of our son since he was 11 months old following a bacterial meningitis infection that left him without hearing. Tanya has always taken so much time with him and shown our whole family how much she truly cares about her patients! Through a really rough period of time with us, Tanya showed us what the world of cochlear implants was like and has been with our son the entire way. So of course when she opened Midwest Audiology, we had to follow! We had the chance to meet Jill this past week as well and she was just as warm and caring! Such a great group of people to care for our son!

had a an excellent appointment at Midwest Audiology on Thursday. They provided lots of useful advice and got my hearing aids working optimally. They also helped me download the Oticon app which will be a convenient way to get the most good out of my hearing aids. I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing concerns.

If you care about your overall health, PLEASE take a moment to get a baseline hearing check, regardless of your age! I can not praise Midwest Audiology enough! For ear health purposes, I went in for a standard baseline test as a middle age adult. Dr. Van Voorst detected a "unique" hearing loss issue that needs to be further investigated by a specialist. Hopefully further testing will be a preventative step for me to reduce future hearing loss and rule out any possible health issues. Without this hearing check and the expertise of Dr. Van Voorst, I may not have noticed the damaging effects of my unknown hearing loss. Plus, she was very clear with explaining the process with superb "bed side manners." Midwest Audiology has above excellent customer service! They were on time and efficient, with no hassles. The receptionist is very friendly, offering a very modern patient waiting area with coffee and drinks. The interior is new, modern and very comfortable. Parking is nice and easily accessible with great identifying signs for directions to the lot. There is even a nice sitting table outside. Getting a baseline test is such a simple way to keep you informed of your ear health! Do not delay and call Midwest Audiology today!

I am very lucky to have Tanya as my cochlear implant Audiologist! She understands my needs, answers my questions and quickly problem solves any issues I have with my cochlear implant. Dr. Tanya Van Voorst is the best! For years I wasn't able to enjoy so many things because even the best hearing aids were not helping me.
