Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator
I have a passion for helping people. Whether it be volunteering as a show choir mom, hosting fundraisers, or taking care of our patients; I strive to make everyone feel important by keeping them informed, empowered and understood.
Elaine has been with us since the beginning. She is the first face you will see when you walk through our door and the friendly voice you will hear when you contact our clinic.
Elaine worked at the University of Iowa for close to 30 years, and 8 of those years was in the cochlear implant clinic. She brings a wealth of experience in managing patient care, working with insurance companies, and being a liaison between the patients and their care team. Elaine is married to her husband Jeff and has 3 beautiful daughters: Tanya, Ian, and Carolyn.
Elaine has recently become an empty nester and has no idea what she likes to do in her free time. She is looking forward to figuring that out.
